Azalea Capital Announces Sale of InTech Aerospace

Azalea Capital is pleased to announce that InTech Aerospace (“Intech”), a portfolio investment of The Azalea Fund IV, L.P., has been acquired by CCE Group.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, InTech is a leading FAA Part 145-certificated maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) company specializing in commercial and military aircraft interiors. Known throughout the industry as the “interior experts,” InTech’s team delivers unmatched quality across upholstery, composites, seating, plastics, and custom interior component engineering and manufacturing — serving regional and mainline carriers, major OEMs, leasing companies, and MRO facilities nationwide.
